Arlizia Smith is a dynamic education professional with over 20 years of demonstrated capabilities in providing professional development and designing curriculum and instruction to close the educational equity gap.

Committed to learner development, organization-wide transformation and improving the educational experience of participants, Arlizia utilizes these skills in both K-12 Education and Higher Education environments with lasting impact. She has expanded her reach in her current position as a State Regional Literacy Director with the Florida Department of Education.
